How do I send a copy of the Hardware Settings to Technical Support?

If you have been asked to send a copy of your Hardware Settings to Comark Technical Support, to assist them with troubleshooting an issue that you are currently experiencing, or simply wish to start an investigation of your Hardware, then simply follow the instructions below:

  • Access the Hardware page of your Gateway
  • Click on the first entry (RF500A) and drag the mouse across the screen to highlight the entire page.
  • Once the page is selected, use the ‘CTRL’ + ‘C’ keyboard shortcut to copy the entire Hardware page
  • Open a new E-Mail to Technical Support ([email protected]) or use the Contact Us form
  • Use the ‘CTRL’ + ‘V’ keyboard shortcut to paste the copied Hardware page into the E-Mail

New 2015 Interface 

If you have been asked to send a copy of your Hardware Settings to Comark Technical Support, to assist them with troubleshooting an issue that you are currently experiencing, or simply wish to start an investigation of your Hardware, then simply follow the instructions below:

  • Access the Hardware Page of your Gateway via Administration > Hardware > View Status
  • Click on the button Send Info to open up a new e-mail window and automatically paste in the contents of the Hardware Status.
  • Click ‘Send’ to send the e-mail
  • If a new E-mail Window did not open then use the method above for HTML Users and paste the information into a new e-mail.
