You can perform a manual back-up of your Gateway data at any time by logging on to your Gateway device and navigating to Administration, Data Back-up and then Manual Back-up.
You will need to enter your password after which you will see the option to ‘click here to start a manual back-up up’. Once the back-up is complete, a message will be displayed on the Gateway homepage.
Note: On all RF500A and RF500AP Gateway devices, with version M8 (or newer) of the Software, back-ups are created automatically once per week, on a Monday morning.
New 2015 Interface
Click Admin-Back-up and then Request Back-up File.
You can then close the Window. The following ICON will appear on the Navigation Bar… 
while the back-up is created. When complete the ICON will change to this…
and this message will appear on screen for any other logged in Administrator…
The back-up file can then be downloaded and stored.
