Food Hygiene Training


All food handlers should have some form of food hygiene training to ensure they know how to produce food that is safe to eat.  Suitable precautions should be in place to prevent objectionable matter getting into food.  Food handlers should have a sound knowledge of the measures and conditions necessary to control hazards and to ensure fitness for human consumption of a foodstuff taking into account its intended use, as covered by EC Regulation No.852/2004, hence offering these food hygiene training courses.

 


More advanced food hygiene training courses are available to managers and supervisors so they can implement and maintain effective food safety management systems as well as understanding their role in managing food handlers. Comark Instruments offers a national and international food hygiene training service, via our partner All Food Hygiene.

You can choose from a range of off-the-shelf food hygiene training courses accredited by RSPH and HAB covering all disciplines of food safety and food hygiene.
