Auditing and Food Allergy Training

Auditing & Food Allergy Training

Comark offers auditing and food allergy training for those wishing to carry out internal, supplier and third-party audits and learn more about food allergies. The Auditing Skills course covers all the theory you’ll need. Courses cover everything from the opening meeting through to reporting and corrective actions. A food allergy is when the body’s immune system reacts unusually to specific foods or food additives which may involve the respiratory system, the gastrointestinal tract, the skin or central nervous system.

In severe cases this may result in anaphylactic shock. Although allergic reactions are often mild, they can be very serious. Every year, about 10 people die from food related anaphylactic shock.

Knowing the steps to take to reduce the risks of cross-contamination and identifying ingredients that can trigger symptoms all help allergen control.

Learn more about the steps you can take to control allergens with one of our training courses offered through our partner, All Food Hygiene.

Our training courses are available to individuals and groups and can be delivered in-house, within your organisation or are organised regionally. As a result of this flexibility it’s not possible to provide pricing for courses online. For details of course pricing, please select your preferred training course and complete our ‘request for information form’ and we will happily provide a no obligation quote tailored to your needs.
