The courses offered, ensure that all staff are competent to fulfill their duties safely. Topics cover food safety and hygiene, HACCP, food allergens, internal risk assessments, quality assurance, audit requirements plus the design of quality systems and the preventative controls required to minimize the risk of food-borne illness occurring. About Our Training
