How To Order

Ordering Online

Ordering online is quick and simple. Simply click an item’s ‘Add to Basket’ button as you browse our site, to add an item to the basket.


Please Note: You will need to have a Comark Website Account to proceed to the checkout and complete your purchase. If you do not already have a Comark Website Account then you can Click Here to sign up.


In order to complete your purchase simply click on the ‘View Basket’ button to review your current Basket items and add any accessories you may require.

If you have a Discount Code then this can be added in the Basket section, in the box highlighted. Any discount will be automatically applied to your Basket items.

When you are happy with your order and wish to proceed to the next stage, simply click or press on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.

For non-registered users you will be required at this stage to apply for a Comark Website Account. Once complete your Account will be activated to allow you to place your order. If you have registered previously, please log in.

The first stage of the Checkout process will require you to enter and/or amend your Billing Address, which will be stored against your Account for future reference.

If you wish for Comark to ship to a different address, then simply tick the box labelled ‘Ship to a different address’ and enter the relevant details. Only one ‘Ship To Address’ can be stored against your Account, but it may differ from your Invoice Address and can be changed to an alternate address on future orders if required.


Please Note: Orders placed online in the UK can only be shipped to UK addresses. If you require the goods to be shipped to an International Address then please cancel your online order and Contact the Comark Sales Team for more information.


Should you have any special instructions that you would like us to observe, then please use the ‘Order Notes’ window.

Once you have entered your Billing and Shipping Address details and are happy to proceed, simply click on the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button. You will be presented with a choice of Payment Method. Simply select your preferred method from those offered and follow the on-screen instructions and confirm your payment details.

For online orders, we accept payments by credit and debit card as well as money transfers via PayPal.

All payments are handled through a secure payment service  provider (PayPal Gateway) offering the highest levels of online security.

Comark does not store any Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal Account details, therefore you will need to re-enter these should you return and make additional purchases at any time.

Payment Methods

For orders placed by methods other than online via our website, we accept payments by credit and debit card as well as money transfers via PayPal. Payments can also be made by Bank Transfer and Cheque.


Comark Distributors

The Comark Website is not currently set up for UK Distributors to place orders online, other than as a standard Customer. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we will be looking to add the additional capabilities required for our Distributors to place orders on account and with Products Offerings reflecting any agreements already in place.  We will be notifying our Distributors accordingly once this work has been completed.
