The FWT Freezer Wall Thermometer is used to verify that refrigerated and frozen foods are being stored at suitable temperatures, in compliance with your HACCP plan. With a large, prominent display and clearly marked caution and danger zones, you can make your checks with a quick glance.

HACCP Zones

Wall Thermometers with temperature related HACCP Zones identified on them, allow for easy monitoring of temperatures in critical food-related locations. The clearly marked and color-coded caution and danger zones are an excellent and simple way to visually confirm that the cooler is operating in the appropriate temperature range.

Recommended Storage Temperatures

You should always try to ensure that you keep your appliances at the proper temperatures. The freezer temperature should be kept at -18° C / 0° F*. We would recommend that you check your appliance temperatures periodically. Freezer thermometers are the best way of knowing if any temperatures showing on your appliances are accurate.

Installation Instructions

With the screws provided, mount the CWT bracket to the wall at an appropriate height.

Adjust the FWT for best viewing.
