The HLA1 Cooking and Cooling Thermometer with Timer provides a cost-effective option for HACCP compliance for both cooking and cooling. The device combines a timer with a thermometer. The alarm can be set for either temperature or time, and is switchable between °C and °F.
Complete with adjustable back, magnet and AAA battery. The fitted 91cm stainless steel probe is heat resistant, and can be shut inside ovens or refrigerators for temperature monitoring.
