The C28/P9 Food Thermometer Kit is a simple to use, food thermometer kit containing a C48 Type K Thermocouple Food Thermometer for reliable and accurate temperature measurement, a PK15M MicroTip Penetration Probe, an ATT50 Heavy Duty Probe, an SK42M Surface Probe, a C20WB Wall Bracket/Stand and an MC32 Hard Carrying Case.

C48/P9 Food Thermometer Kit

	The C48 Food Thermometer is a simple to use, Food thermometer with Type K Thermocouple for reliable and accurate temperature measurement. It has an easy to use 4-button keypad and large LCD display.
	The PK15M MicroTip Penetration Probe is a Type K Thermocouple Probe for checking meat and food temperatures during cooking, fitted with a 1m curly cable. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination.
	The ATT50 Heavy Duty Probe is a penetration probe, with a Type K Thermocouple for use with a range of Comark Food Thermometers.
	The SK42M Surface Probe is fitted with a 45° crank shaft, and has a Type K Thermocouple sensor and a 2-Pin Sub-Miniature connector, fitted with a 1m curly cable.
	The C20WB Wall Bracket/Stand is designed for all Cxx Series Food Thermometers. It is of rugged plastic construction that has been treated with BioCote® antimicrobial protection.
	The MC32 Hard Carrying Case is designed for the C48 Food Thermometer and is of durable construction.

Housed in a robust case with built-in protective rubber boot it can be used in a wide range of applications. Use with any Comark Type K probe with a sub-miniature connector.

The C48 Food Thermometer is reliable and accurate for temperature measurement in all food environments. Housed in a robust case with built-in protective rubber boot, designed for use with a wide range of Comark probes with sub-miniature connector. The features of this Type K Food Thermometer include a permanent clock and countdown timer within the display – with selectable alarms – to allow probe insertion times to be monitored.

The case of the C48 Food Thermometer is rated to IP65/IP67 dust and waterproof standards and Comark also uses BioCote Antimicrobial Protection, the only antimicrobial solution to be awarded HACCP International Certification, to provide an important extra level of defence against cross-contamination. This product is also NSF Certified.
