C48/P5 Food Thermometer Kit

	The C48 Food Thermometer is a simple to use, Food thermometer with Type K Thermocouple for reliable and accurate temperature measurement. It has an easy to use 4-button keypad and large LCD display.
	The PK19M Thin Tip Penetration Probe is a Type K Thermocouple probe, fitted with a 1m curly cable.
	The AC315 Soft Carry Case is designed for the C48 Food Thermometer and is of durable construction with an integrated carry strap.

Housed in a robust case with built-in protective rubber boot it can be used in a wide range of applications. Use with any Comark Type K probe with a sub-miniature connector.

The C48 Food Thermometer is reliable and accurate for temperature measurement in all food environments. The features of this Type K Food Thermometer include a permanent clock and countdown timer within the display – with selectable alarms – to allow probe insertion times to be monitored.

The case of the C48 Food Thermometer is rated to IP65/IP67 dust and waterproof standards. This product is also NSF Certified.
