C42/P7 General Purpose Food Thermometer Kit

The C42/P7 General Purpose Food Thermometer Kit comprises a C42F Food Thermometer as well as a PT24L/W Food Penetration Probe, an ST22L/W Surface Probe and Medium Size Carry Case.

	The C42F Food Thermometer has a Battery life greater than 5,000 Hours from two convenient AA cells and the 4-button keypad keeps operation simple. Temperature Alarms are now standard across the C4X range of Thermometers alerting you to out of parameter temperatures (fully user programmable).
	The PT24L/W Food Penetration Probe has BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to minimize the risk of cross contamination. It features a Thermocouple Type T  sensor for a faster response time. The PT24L/W is fitted with a straight white lead.
	The ST22L/W Surface Probe is a ribbon type surface probe with a 90° cranked shaft. It is fitted with a steel braided lead and Type T Thermocouple Sensor. It is suitable for food applications. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination.
	The MC28 Blue Medium Size Case is a hard carrying case specifically designed to take one thermometer and a range of probes. The MC28 Blue Medium Size Case comes pre-fitted with a moulded foam insert and is compatible with all C20 Series, N5000 Series and N9000 Series devices.

The PT24L/W Food Penetration Probe provided in this Kit, is a general purpose fast response probe that is suitable for food temperature (and other temperature measurement) over the critical food range of -4°F to 167°F (-20°C to +75°C) but, with its ability to measure down to -148 to +482°F (-100 to +250°C) it’s a very useful probe for any other application requiring that temperature range. Coupled with the C42F Type T Food Thermometer it will provide an accuracy of ±0.9°F (±0.5°C) from 32°F to 158°F (0°C to 70°C).
