C22/P5 General Purpose Food Thermometer Kit
The C22/P5 General Purpose Food Thermometer Kit comprises a C22 Type T Food Thermometer as well as a PT19L Thin Tip (Type T Thermocouple) Penetration Probe and Soft Carry Case.
 | The C22 Type T Food Thermometer has a 3 button design for simple operation and is powered by 2 AA batteries for convenience. Battery life is up to 7,000 Hours*. |
 | The PT19L Thin Tip Penetration Probe is a Type T Thermocouple probe fitted with a 6-Pin Lumberg connector and is designed for food applications. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination. |
 | The AC315 Soft Carry Case is designed for the C22 Food Thermometer and is of durable construction with an integrated carry strap. |
The PT19L Thin Tip Penetration probe provided in this Kit, is a general purpose fast response probe that is suitable for food temperature (and other temperature measurement) over the critical food range of -4°F to 167°F (-20°C to +75°C) but, with its ability to measure down to -328°F to +752°F (-200°C to 400°C ) it’s a very useful probe for any other application requiring that temperature range. Coupled with the C22 Type T Food Thermometer it will provide an accuracy of ±0.3°C from 32°F to 158°F (0°C to 70°C).
