The C22CKIT General Purpose Food Thermometer Kit comprises a C22C Thermometer as well as a PT19L Thin Tip (Type T Thermocouple) Penetration Probe.
 | The C22C Food Thermometer has a 3 button design for simple operation and is powered by 2 AA batteries for convenience. Battery life is over 14,000 Hours*, which can equate to as much as 5 years use. |
 | The PT19L Thin Tip Penetration Probe is a Type T Thermocouple probe fitted with a 6-Pin Lumberg connector and is designed for food applications. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination. |
The PT19L Thin Tip Penetration probe provided in this Kit, is a general purpose fast response probe that is suitable for food temperature (and other temperature measurement) over the critical food range of -20 to +75°C but, with its ability to measure down to -100°C and up to 250°C it’s a very useful probe for any other application requiring that temperature range. Coupled with the C22C Food Thermometer it will provide an accuracy of +/-0.5°C over the range 0 to +70°C.
