The KM28/P3 Food Thermometer Kit comprises a KM28B Thermocouple Food Thermometer (Type K) fitted with a CRS/5 Protective Boot, as well as a PK24M Standard Industrial Penetration Probe and an AC315 Soft Carry Case.

• Temperature Range: -40°F to +1000°F / -40°C to +500°C
• Sub-miniature connector
• Supplied with Protective Boot, Carry Case and Penetration Probe

The KM28/P8 Food Thermometer Kit comprises a KM28B Thermocouple Food Thermometer (Type K) fitted with a CRS/5 Protective Boot, as well as a PK19M Thin Tip Penetration Probe,  SK42M Surface Probe, ATT29 Oven and Air Probe and an AC415 Soft Carry Case.

• Temperature Range: -40°F to +1000°F / -40°C to +500°C

• Supplied with Protective Boot, Carry Case, PK19M, SK42M and ATT29 Probes

The KM28/50 Food Thermometer Kit comprises a KM28B Thermocouple Food Thermometer (Type K) fitted with a CRS/5 Protective Boot, as well as a an ATT50 Heavy Duty Probe.
