Great news for your sweet tooth! Chocolate Week is October 9-15, and Comark Instruments is here to help you celebrate.
Chocolate is such a versatile ingredient and can be enjoyed in many forms all year round. However, now that cold weather is approaching, hot chocolate makes a perfect Autumn treat.
Here is a simple homemade hot chocolate recipe from MarthaStewart.com
- 3 1/2 cups of sugar
- 2 1/4 cups of cocoa
- 1 tablespoon of table salt
- 1 cup of whole milk per serving
In a large bowl, combine sugar, cocoa, and salt, and whisk to combine well.
Next, warm the milk in a saucepan set over medium-low heat, taking care not to let the milk boil. As the milk warms, stir in 2 tablespoons of cocoa mix for each cup of milk
The recommended temperature for homemade hot chocolate is +79°C to +82°C.
How will you know when your milk is perfectly heated?
