Pocketherm has instant visual and audible indication of correct frozen, chilled and cooked temperature zones. All you need to do is insert the thin tip, stainless steel, penetration probe into the food to be tested and coloured LEDs, together with an audible bleep confirm whether the product is at the correct frozen, chilled or cooked temperature zone. The food thermometer measures temperature over the range of -40°C to +125°C with a 0.1 °C resolution.
