The HACCP and food safety training courses are available from level 1 to level 4 so there is suitable training level, whether you are a start-up at the beginning of the certification process or a large established food business working to the stringent audit requirements of the British Retail Consortium (BRC Global) and major retailers.
On completion, food safety managers, supervisors and other food company employees will be able to successfully implement their accredited learning in the workplace. They will be well prepared to handle the challenge to get procedures, documentation and their HACCP plan implemented to the highest standards enabling them to fulfill their duties safely.

During his career, Stephen has delivered food hygiene and HACCP food safety training to many recognized national and international clients.
