The ‘Cipher Host Reset’ listing is a reference to an internal function of the Gateway. It is usually nothing to worry about, however, if your Gateway is showing such listings on a regular and repeat basis i.e. more than once or twice per month then we would suggest that you contact us so that we can investigate the situation further for you.
