Why am I unable to download/create a Manual Back-Up?

If you are unable to download or create a manual back-up from your RF500 System Gateway device, then initially we would suspect this to be down to a localised PC or Local Area Network (LAN) issue. Please refer to your internal IT Administrator or department for further advice and guidance.
