Why am I seeing incorrect dates in the Audit Trail?

If you are seeing incorrect or spurious dates in the Audit Trail of your RF500A/RF500AP Gateway device, then you should initially check the date and time settings on your Gateway.

Should you notice that the date of your Gateway device is set to ‘Jan 1 1970’ we would initially advise setting it to the correct date.

Should the problem re-occur, then we would urge you to contact us, advising us of this problem.
