How do I send a copy of my Audit Trail to Technical Support?

If you have been asked to send a copy of your Audit Trail to Comark Technical Support, to assist them with troubleshooting an issue that you are currently experiencing, or simply wish to start an investigation of your Audit Trail, then simply follow the instructions below:

  • Access the Audit Trail of your Gateway
  • Click on the first entry and drag the mouse across the screen to highlight the entire page.
  • Once the page is selected, use the ‘CTRL’ + ‘C’ keyboard shortcut to copy the entire Audit Trail
  • Open a new E-Mail to Technical Support ([email protected]) or use the Contact Us form
  • Use the ‘CTRL’ + ‘V’ keyboard shortcut to paste the copied Audit Trail into the E-Mail
