Comark is here to provide you with Technical Support via e-mail on all of the Comark product range old and new

Technical Support is provided Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am to 1pm (UK Time) and we generally try to reply to all e-mails within 1 working day, but we hope to answer your enquiry on the same day where possible.

If you have clicked on the link in the E-mail Automatic Reply and landed on this page please do not fear this does not mean you will not receive a reply, only that you have now landed on our dedicated Technical Support Web-site where we aim to provide as much information as we can for our main product lines and hope that you find the answers you need here so that out of hours you may self-serve with answers to your questions. However, you will always receive a reply to any e-mail you have sent us.

New – From 1 March 2024, Comark will no longer accept new cloud applications to the Comark Cloud (RF300/400 Wi-Fi Loggers) as this service is transitioned back to our hardware supplier and their own cloud service, providing our existing and new customers with the same excellent experience. You must apply for a new cloud account via the Easy Log Cloud website Click Here. If you register for a Comark Cloud account, you will receive an e-mail with information directing you to register online for a Easy Log Cloud Account. Over the next couple of months, existing cloud customers will be contacted with details explaining how their accounts will be moved to the new cloud.
